Returns and Exchanges
We know that you will love our products! However, we also understand that you might change your mind or need to return a faulty item to us - so we've made this process easy for both our customers and team.
If you change your mind about any items, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase.
Fill in our contact form or drop us message quoting the order number. We will then get in touch with next steps for your return. Your refund will then be paid back to you within 14 days.
We do ask that you return products in their original packaging and unused. This means that if a product is sealed or has a hygiene seal, do not remove this seal until you’re sure that you’re keeping the item.
Please make sure to securely package your return to ensure it arrives safely to our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in a suitable condition and that is why we are strongly advising that you take a picture of the product before you return it.
However, we must add that you are responsible for the cost and potential loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should ensure to get the cover of their value covered. If the goods you purchased from us are faulty then your statutory rights are not affected.
