    Enjoy this Protein-Packed Egusi Shake! Great for your post workout recovery.

    Shopping List:
    60g GuDee Egusi seeds
    1 small ripe banana, sliced into 3 pieces.
    3 dates, pitted.
    250ml semi-skimmed milk (or almond milk)

    1. Wash the GuDee Egusi and toss it in boiling. Boil for 5 minutes to soften the seeds.
    2. Drain the water from the Egusi and transfer it to a blender.
    3. Add the ripe banana, dates, and the milk to the blender.
    4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
    5. If desired, you can add some ice cubes for a chilled shake.
    6. Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy!
