Egusi Protein Shake

60g GuDee Egusi seeds
1 small ripe banana, sliced into 3 pieces.
3 dates, pitted.
250ml semi-skimmed milk (or almond milk)
- Wash the GuDee Egusi and toss it in boiling. Boil for 5 minutes to soften the seeds.
- Drain the water from the Egusi and transfer it to a blender.
- Add the ripe banana, dates, and the milk to the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, you can add some ice cubes for a chilled shake.
- Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy!
